You will fill out a very detailed questionnaire of your current situation with your baby's sleep. Then we will work together with a custom sleep plan I prepare for you.

A sleep consultant can also easily see where and when adjustments need to be made, and can give timely advice to make the adjustments.

Breastfeeding is a cherished part of motherhood, fostering a beautiful connection with your baby. Sometimes, babies may start using the nipple for comfort rather than nourishment. In such cases, we encourage transitioning away from it. However, I've witnessed many moms continue nursing their babies to sleep beyond 18 months. Ultimately, it depends on what works best for you and your little one.
